Book recyclers like yourself are perhaps the greatest source of knowledge in our time. the wisdom of the age viewed from the persectives of a given generation are often lost as social norms change. Books go out of print and out of stock. Too many people think that if a book is not current it has no relevence for today. Even novels were written with different terms of reference 20, 30, . . . years ago.
Thank you for being there to fill this need. Also, many of us would not be able to afford to read if organizations like you were not there.

I ordered through Abebooks. I have ordered before from Zubal through Abebooks, and everytime I see Zubal listed as the seller I have a sense of confidence and reliability - a genuinely trusted seller. I don't think you have much room to improve because you are already doing a great job from this customer's point of view - just keep up the same level of service.
(On the "condition of book" item in the survey - your books always arrive in the condition anticipated and as described, so "satisfied", but the survey question is weird - do you mean satisfied with the description and your honesty (excellent) or do you really mean the condition of the books, some of which are quite antique and accurately described as being in shoddy condition?)
