a broken run viz. Continuous Series Volumes 1-5, 7-11, 13-15, 17-24, 26-29, 31-36, 39-42, 44-56, 58, 60, 62, 63, 65-68, 75, 76, 78, 79, 81, 83-88, 91-93, 95-97, 99, 101-109. 111-117, 119, 120, 129, 131, 132, 134, 135 (Volumes 31-60 were also called Second Series, 61-84 Third Series, 85-104 Fourth Series, 105- Fifth Series/New Series); most of the plates and maps are not present and some of those that remain have age toning or age speckling, library hand stamps, in original unprinted blue paper wrappers but some sides missing or detached and a few spines repaired, the first volume ends abruptly with page 496 and seems to lack at least the index, a few early and late leaves detached or crumpled, light general age toning with occasional age spotting but text not fragile and untrimmed.
